Welcome to My Site!

Please note that this website is multi-faceted. One reason it was created years ago was to share mine and my family's love for nature, in addition to providing education on the benefits of nature and creativity for stress reduction and overall well-being. I also created it to share my love and obsession primarily with paper-crafting. I am a community health educator with a psychology background, and love to share insights and resources for inspiration, creativity, and wellness, whether on this site or through my own teachings.
