Special Course Offerings
I have a Master's degree in Community Health Education and have taught in various settings, including colleges and community schools. I have enjoyed providing classes focusing on nature and creative wellness education. Most recently, I taught a Stress Management course at my local community school called "Creative Mindfulness." In the past, I also taught continuing education classes at local community schools, entitled "The Need for Nature" and an interactive art class called "A Mix of Mixed Media Crafting." The courses were all well-received by attendees and I hope to offer similar classes again in the future.
Craft Fair Update!
After exhibiting at local craft fairs for a couple of years, I took a break to teach classes at local community schools. Then the pandemic hit and now craft fairs are on hold indefinitely, at least for me and my family!
First Fair Featured!
Pretty cool to have our first ever craft fair featured in an article in the Community Corner section of the local Patch news site. The day did get nicer and sales did pick up. Here's the link:
